Kapamilya gameshow getting past its latest rival and global hit Kapamilya impersonation show securing its throne.
In the latest AGB Nielsen NUTAM survey release covering January 28 and 29, 2017, ABS-CBN’s “Family Feud” edged out GMA Network’s newest gameshow “People vs The Stars”. The Luis Manzano hosted gameshow scored 1.2% ratings higher than true to life couple Iya and Drew Arellano hosted “People vs The Stars”, 12.7% vs 11.2%. This is the first time in the 3-weeks old gameshow to bow down to its Kapamilya rival.
“People vs The Stars” debuted in numbe 2 but slide down to tie with “Family Feud” in number 5 last week until it was defeated by the latter this week. Can it bounce back and take the lead or will it continues to be dominated by Luis’ “Family Feud”?
If Kapamilya gameshow is victorious on its timeslot, another Kapamilya program remains unbeaten on its number 1 spot on weekend primetime. “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids” continues to secure its throne leading both Saturday and Sunday primetime boards. YFSF Kids scored 24.9% and 23.8% on Saturday and Sunday respectively making it the most watch TV program on weekends.
Meanwhile, “TV Patrol Weekend” snatched the weekday number 1 from “Sunday Pinasaya” 15.5% vs 12.9%. “Eat Bulaga!” on the other hand is still the number 1 daytime program on Saturday with 16.7%.
