- Arci Muñoz and her former boyfriend, Badi del Rosario had broken up last year before Christmas. They tried to fix things up but to no avail. Eventually, they also went on their separate ways.
- Badi del Rosario is a part of the rock band group called Mr. Bones and The Boneyard Circus. He’s also the son of Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei.

Regardless if that breakup was wonderfully relieving, massively heart-wrenching or perfectly amicable, the question is, will you ever be friends with your ex? Why you want to remain friends with a former lover? Arci Muñoz recently explained why she doesn’t want to be friends with her ex.
“Marami pong mga bagay ang nangyari. Everything has been said and done. So, wala na talagang chance,” said Arci when she was asked in an interview during a presscon on the chances of them getting back together.
“Nakita ko masaya na siya [her ex],” shared Arci. She also said she isn’t sure if her ex has found a new love. “Di ko alam [if he has found someone else], but may mga kwento-kwento kasi. Hindi na kasi ako nagtatanong. Okay na ako eh.”
Arci also mentioned about the time when they were breaking up and then on and off with the relationship. They still seeing each other then but they had no commitment. “Hindi naging malinaw sakin kung ‘ano ba, tayo pa ba or hindi na?’”
‘Tapos tinanong niya ako, gusto kong makipag ayos na. Sabi nya sakin, ‘Uhm, yeah, that could be…but right now can we just be friends?” ‘Sabi ko, ‘Hindi ko kaya.”
Arci further revealed, “Hindi ko kasi kayang makipagkaibigan sa taong mahal mo pa. So sabi ko, di ko kaya. Di na lang kita kikitain. Bahala ka na.”
“Kung kaya mo makipagbalikan sa ex mo, ito lang iyon – it’s either mahal mo pa siya or never mo siyang minahal sa entire relationship ninyo,’ says Arci on being friends after a breakup.
Arci’s now moving on full swing after their breakup. She’s now on the process of moving forward after she has closed that chapter of her life with her ex boyfriend.
