People have been speculating that the new co-host of Wowowin, Ariella Arida, is having a romantic relationship with the man of the show Willie Revillame.
This is because of the alleged “free shopping” and gifts Willie gave to the beauty queen.
In a recent interview, Ariella quickly denied the rumors. She was surprised to have been linked with Willie since she treats him as an older brother.
“Grabe naman! Wow, hindi naman!” she exclaimed. “Kuya nga ang tawag sa kanya.”
When asked about the luxurious bags given to her, Ariella said it was fruit of hard work and that everyone in the staff received gifts too.
“Ano naman, hindi lang sa akin, sa lahat sa amin.
“Kasi si Kuya, kapag natutuwa siya, halimbawa, okey ang mga ginagawa namin, performance, basta napi-feel niya, parang pinaka-bonus niya sa amin.
“Pero hindi lang ako, lahat kami, and mostly mas masaya buong staff, isinasama niya… mga free shopping.”
Ariella also said that she admires Willie’s work ethic when it comes to dealing with his people. She observed that he’s a very generous man.
“Ang alam ko kasi, si Kuya, mahilig siya mamili ng ganoon, inireregalo niya sa mga friends niya.
“Nabigyan niya ako [a Louis Vuitton bag], pare-pareho kami ng level.
“Okey si Kuya sa akin, sa staff, saka alam din niya na I’m happy.”
The beauty queen stressed that she has a non-showbiz boyfriend and Willie knows of it.
