Angel couldn’t just let the hate pass without some lessons these bashers needed to learn
32-year-old prized TV actress Angel Locsin responded to a netizen who kept questioning her abilities as an artist. A Twitter user using the handle @PrincessAgent26 taunted her and criticized the ratings of her previous show “Imortal.”
Angel recently returned to ABS-CBN’s leading primetime fantasy series “La Luna Sangre” and earned bash from the KathNiel’s fans for reportedly “stealing their spotlight.”
“Imortal” in 2010-2011 was one of the pre-quel of LLS where Angel and Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz starred in.
The Twitter user quoted, “paki tingnan saan ang IMORTAL mo tpos lakas mo makatweet na kailangan ka sa show ng KN.” She also attached a screenshot that showed Imortal got a TV rating of 21.9% based on Kantar Media records. However, no date was indicated.
Angel gladly responded to this netizen and said, “Sa timeslot namin, mataas yan 🙂 pag naging artista ka, at naabot mo yung 52.3 record ko, balikan mo ko para makapagsorry ako sayo :)”
The 52.3% rating that Angel was referring to was earned through her past show in GMA Network.
