2017 Destined To Be Yours became the last teleserye that Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza starred in. Although they remain as hosts in the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga, fans still look forward to their acting projects.
Alden admitted that he missed acting, however, he still has yet to confirm or deny projects after his meeting with GMA Network executives.
In the media launch of Alden’s new endorsement with Cookie’s Peanut Butter, Alden revealed his US and Toronto tour.
“Bale aalis lang muna po ako for the US po, April 7 po. And April 8 show po in New Jersey and Toronto. And then, pagbalik ko po, mayroon na pong idi-discuss sa akin, hindi ko lang alam kung soap po ito o pelikula.”
He also added that he still awaits for the final statements.
“So, ‘yun po, hinihintay ko lang po kung ano po talaga ‘yung mga final latag kasi first quarter pa lang naman po ng taon. So, hihintayin ko po from GMA kung ano po ‘yung final word with regards po sa soap opera.”
Alden received a question whether he would still like Maine to be in his next teleserye, he answered:
“Siyempre, doon po tayo sa nakasanayan, pero titingnan pa rin po natin kung ano talaga ang magiging turn-out.”
