Maine Mendoza admitted that she felt frustrated on shooting for the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga‘s Lenten Special. The said special will also end with the story, Taray ni Tatay which will star Vic Sotto and Maine Mendoza.
Allan K, Jimmy Santos, Anjo Yllana and Rita Avila will also join them in the said special.
Taray ni Tatay will reveal the story of a single father hiding secrets from his only daughter.
According to Maine herself, it hadn’t been easy to go back to acting. But, she also expressed her gratitude to Vic as he helped and guided her in many scenes.
“Sobrang frustrated ako nung gabi kasi may mga scenes na hindi ko magawa on my own kahit sobra akong mag focus, parang kulang talaga sa motivation. With the help of my acting coach and ni Bossing, natulungan naman nila ako to deliver and lagyan ng background yung character.”
Eat Bulaga‘s Lenten Special will air on March 26 – 28, Monday – Wednesday in GMA Network.
