Many anticipated for Nadine Lustre and Lorna Tolentino to work together on a single project title ‘The Nurse.’ Until, Director Jun Robles Lana posted on Twitter that Nadine Lustre is out of his movie by saying, “#SorryNotHappening #MovingOn”
Nadine’s fans tried to convince the director to reconsider his decision since Nadine was so excited about this project and it’s all she ever talk about in the past few days.
However, Director Lana, tweeted again on March 27 stating, “My film. My rules.”
This is very clear that there is less than the possibility of Nadine making it back to the movie. The director was disappointed with Nadine since the shooting for the nurse is now very delayed because he has to adjust his time according to the young actress’ very busy schedule.
He got tired of waiting until he finally decided to kick Nadine out.
“Scheduling conflict. Been waiting too long and it’s taken too much of my time. Going to Japan 2x to prep is no joke. Time to move on let go and recast. Thanks for the interest guys,” he wrote.
Netizens also blamed Nadine’s mismanagement because there have been many cases that Nadine lost such opportunities. If she is still part of The Nurse, then it will be her first movie without James Reid – his onscreen and real-life partner.
Other than that, netizens still hope that Nadine and Lorna will have another project someday. That’s something we have to look forward to.
Director Jun Lana is very strict on schedule management. The same scenario happened before but it was him who backed out from the movie. He was supposedly the director of My Fairy Tail Love Story featuring Elmo Magalona at Janella Salvador. He, instead, passed the project to his husband Perci Intalan.
