The “Dolphy Lifetime Achievement Award” is not based on how long the artists stayed in the industry, but according to the milestones they achieved during their time.
Box-office hit movies, sold out concerts locally and worldwide, and most in-demand TV show host, judge and personality, are just a few reasons why Vice Ganda remains the only “Unkabogable Star” and is more than deserving to realize a lifetime achievement.
Vice Ganda started as a humble and small-time stand-up comedian. His natural talent in entertaining people allowed him to climb the ladder of fame.
However, Vice Ganda remained humble and learned to look back on his fellow stand-up comedians. He continues to invite them to her shows and concerts to expose them and give them work.
He is also known to help starting up artists to grow in the industry, including the latest member of the Vice Ganda family, Joven Olvido, who he promised to be part of his next movie this 2018.
