ABS-CBN is keeping its doors open to more collaborations with other media companies as it continues to expand the reach of its content.

At the ABS-CBN Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on August 19, chief partnerships officer Roberto Barreiro said the company remains willing to explore new partnerships under arrangements that will benefit ABS-CBN.
“As a content company, ABS-CBN will continue to explore opportunities to create more content and serve its various publics as best as it can,” Barreiro said.
The company has collaborated with GMA Network on projects such as “Unbreak My Heart,” “It’s Showtime,” and the “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition.” It also has content-sharing arrangements with TV5 and MediaQuest for Kapamilya programs.
During the meeting, ABS-CBN chief operating officer Cory Vidanes confirmed that “Gandang Gabi Vice” will return in September on GMA, iWant, and Kapamilya Channel.

The comedy talk show hosted by Vice Ganda ended its original nine-year run in March 2020, with the Unkabogable Star promising that it would return after a “mahabang commercial break.”
Vidanes also announced that “Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0” will launch in October in partnership with GMA Network.

The reality show will move to a new PBB house following the closure of its original home after 21 years. According to Vidanes, the new house will be more cost-efficient for ABS-CBN.
With two major programs arriving in the next few months, the collaboration between the former network rivals appears set to continue.
