ABS-CBN recently released a teaser trailer of the Chinese remake of the ever-popular “Meteor Garden” last Friday.
There is no release date yet but it is expected to air very soon.
The original Taiwanese version was aired last 2003.
Then, it was followed by the Korean version “Boys Over Flowers”.
The Chinese remake will have a younger looking cast led by Shen Yue as Shan Cai.
The iconic F4 will be played by Dylan Wang as Dao Ming Si and Darren Chen as Hua Ze Lei, with Connor Leong as Mei Zuo and Caesar Wu as Xi Men.
It will still be produced by the original creator of the famous series Angie Chai. The show has already started airing in China and will soon arrive in Philippine television.
