Meteor Garden premiered on ABS-CBN on August 20, Monday. This remake is set in Shanghai, China with Chinese actors portraying the iconic characters.
This version is also fresh as they depict Shancai as a foodie and F4 as nerdy and on top of the community of the card game, Bridge.
KANTAR MEDIA (AUGUST 20)
According to the ratings which Kantar Media recorded, Meteor Garden earned 21.4% ratings nationwide. On the other hand, they garnered 19.9% in Metro Manila.
Meantime, Wowowin received 15.4% ratings nationwide and 16.5% in Metro Manila.
NUTAM PPL PRIME (AUGUST 20 and 21)
As posted by NUTAM, Meteor Garden gained 7.8% ratings while Wowowin acquired 8.5% ratings on August 20, Monday.
Meteor Garden got 7.5% ratings while Wowowin got 6.5% ratings on August 21, Tuesday.
