The five-time Grammy award winner is back again here in the Philippines for her 3rd concert titled ‘Mariah Carey: Live In Concert.’
After her concert last 2014 in the Philippines, her huge Filipino fanbase (the Pinoy Lambs) highly expected her return and truly with much enthusiasm, Smart Araneta Coliseum was filled with a large crowd who were so much excited for the concert.
Carey is known for her signature use of whistle which is one of the highlights of her concert, especially that she sang her classic songs ‘Emotions’, ‘Beautiful’, and ‘Love Hangover / Heartbreak’.
Everything is all glittery with the touch of ‘The Butterfly’ concept on the set of her concert. Carey brought that classy touch with her looks and it is perfectly stunning.
She even gave new rendition of the Pinoy fave ‘My All’ while at the same time bringing the crowd on a nostalgic state singing ‘Always Be My Baby’, her duet with the Boyz II Men, ‘One Sweet Day’.
A Filipino fan was even given the chance to join her on stage while she’s singing ‘Touch My Body’
Carey said it is always her pleasure singing for her Filipino fans. The warm welcome and the appreciation for her music up to this moment is something that she is always grateful for.
Mariah Carey will be releasing a new album this coming November entitled ‘Caution,’
Who knows, maybe she’ll be back here in the Philippines again soon.
