KathNiel has been working together for many years, however, after the mind-blowing, record-breaking, box-office hit movie The Hows Us, they decided to work separately in the meantime.
Bernardo already stressed that they need this in order to grow in the industry.
The young actress already had a solo movie with Sharon Cuneta and Richard Gomez titled Three Words to Forever which is set to open today, November 28 in cinemas.
Her love interest in this movie is the former PBB housemate Tommy Esguerra.
Padilla, on the other hand, he has his solo gigs and one of which is his upcoming guest appearance in Regine Velasquez’s concert.
When Kathryn was asked how’s does it feel to not having Daniel as her leading man, she replied, “Napag-usapan na din namin iyan, na one day soon, gustuhin man namin o hindi, we need to work with others para maging co-star namin.
“And, so far, wala kaming makitang problema. After all, it’s just work.”
Daniel also shared that he is happy for Kathryn and her partner’s movie with Sharon Cuneta and Richard Gomez.
