Queen of All Media Kris Aquino revealed that she recently got a call from her agent in the US that she is to do a call for an American series. She remained thankful for being asked to audition for a recurring character.
She, however, cannot do the long hours which TV requires.

In an Instagram post, Kris shared that her American agent sent her a script for a multi-ethnicity production. Although she has yet to know or disclose the role, she remains thankful for being asked to audition for a recurring character.
“My American agent sent me the script for a multi ethnicity production BUT this time for a unique type of series (i’ll know later if the role is still open because i didn’t see the email asking for me to submit my script reading by October 29). Just to be asked to do an audition to be a recurring character for a girl who hasn’t been on Philippine TV for more than 2 years & who binge watches US series as her favorite form of relaxation is SURREAL.”

Why Kris can’t do TV:
Amid her problems, Kris continues to update her fans and supporters. through her social media posts. Kris recently posted a video on her official YouTube channel, Life Updates with Kris. She currently suffers with an auto-immune disease called Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria.
“I miss TV… TV requires long hours and I cannot give that.”
Kris was a part of Crazy Rich Asians as a princess who had a pivotal role in the movie. She attended the premiere in Los Angeles last August.
