The tandem of Boobay and Tekla showed how they spread positive vibes and laughter to the Kapuso viewers with their pilot episode, thru their rib-tickling canned capsules and wacky live features that unraveled last Sunday, January 27.
The two made a parody of ‘Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho’s’ popular “DNA Test” segment with no less than award-winning broadcast journalist Jessica Soho as special guest host.
They also made their own version of Ellen Degeneres’ famous prank which they called ‘Pranking in Tandem.’ Also joining them was Gladys Reyes who made a prank with a masseuse. Derrick Monasterio also joined the two in “Pa Boys.”

NUTAM
NUTAM, GMA Network’s ratings provider, recorded the ratings for the pilot episode of ‘The Boobay And Tekla Show’ and ‘Gandang Gabi Vice.’ The Kapuso Sunday nighttime show won the ratings game with 5.7% while Vice Ganda’s show earned 4.9%.

More Filipinos tuned in to the ‘Pinoy Big Brother Otso’ Teen Housemates’ first appearance on ‘Gandang Gabi Vice’ last Sunday (January 27) as it recorded a national TV rating of 9.9% versus ‘The Boobay And Tekla Show’ (7.1%).
