Last February 12, delas Alas greeted her husband on their 58th monthsary in an instagram post with a caption:
“Happy 58th monthsary my darling, salamat sa iyong pagmamahal, labyu so much.
“Dun sa mga bashers na nag co comment na anak ko si Gerald jusko mag move on na mag isip naman kayo ng ibang bash, ang lumaaaaaaaa!!!!!
“Millennial na o, sumabay naman kayo sa bago!!!!!” she wrote. “Anyways HAPPY MONTHSARY NAK ay KUYA PALA HEHEHE @gerald_sibayan.”

Despite the clear caption, it seems that the message did not get across to some netizens.
Her husband, Gerald Sibayan, also joined the thread and replied to clarify that he’s not a son of delas Alas but her husband rather.
