When a fallen prosecutor returns after nine years of plotting his revenge, a new battlefield will emerge in Made in Korea Season 2 – coming September 9 exclusively on Disney+.
Named one of TIME’s “most anticipated K-dramas of 2026” Made in Korea Season 2 follows Baek Kitae as he continues his rise to power after framing prosecutor Jang Geonyoung. Now the Deputy Director of the Korean CIA (KCIA), Kitae continues to grow his wealth and influence, expanding his drug operations across the region. But with political turmoil and discontent spreading, Kitae’s old foe Geonyoung will step out from the shadows to exact his revenge nine years in the making. Made in Korea Season 2 sees the return of Hyun Bin (Crash Landing on You, Confidential Assignment) as Baek Kitae, Jung Woosung (12.12: The Day, Hunt) as framed prosecutor Jang Geonyoung, and Woo Dohwan (Bloodhounds, Mr. Plankton) as Kitae’s brother Baek Kihyun. Season 2 is written by Season 1 writer Park Eunkyo (The Silent Sea, Mother), directed by Season 1 director Woo Minho (The Man Standing Next, Inside Men), and produced by Hive Media Corp (Inside Men, The Man Standing Next, 12.12: The Day).
Made in Korea Season 2 will debut with a two-episode premiere on September 9, with two new episodes premiering each Wednesday through September 23.
