Jennylyn Mercardo is back in a teleserye. The show is a romantic comedy titled Love You 2, and her partner is Gabby Concepcion. She will also work with Kiray Celis, Shaira Diaz, and many more. The teleserye will air on April 22.
In her exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, she said, “Isa sa mga tinitingala nating artista si Sir Gabby. Ako, napapanood ko pa ‘yung mga pelikula niya dati. I’m very happy at sobrang honored to work with Sir Gabby. Iba ‘to dahil magiging karibal ko ‘yung kapatid ko dito pero not in a bad way. Kasi, usually ‘pag sinabi mong karibal, parang inagaw ko sa kaniya or inagaw niya sa ‘kin, hindi naman ganun. May isang taong makaka-realize na hindi ito para sa ‘kin kaya sa kaniya na ‘to,” Jennylyn said.
After her last show “The Cure,” she kept herself busy doing business by baking cookies with her business partner, Dennis Trillo, who is also her present boyfriend.
“Di ba I started some businesses? Isa roon ‘yung pagbe-bake ng cookies. Kasosyo ko si Dennis (Trillo) at kung minsan, he joins me in baking cookies na talagang nakakaaliw naman and it’s doing good business.”

She also ended the rumors about her and Dennis Trillo being live-in partners.
“Hindi po, hindi po kami live in. Nagpupunta lang siya sa’min to help me, but may sarili naman siyang bahay. May bago rin kaming business that will be launched soon. Malalaman nyo later kung ano. It’s something really big.”
There is nothing wrong if they choose not to be in a living in set up. There are other celebrities who are happy on their living in set up like Nadine Lustre and James Reid, as well as Empress Schuck and her non-showbiz boyfriend.
