ABS CBN afternoon serye Los Bastardos lead star Jake Cuenca shared about his feelings toward his co-actor in the series and his rumored girlfriend, Miss International 2016, Kylie Verzosa at a press conference of Cuenca’s film, Kontradiksyon.
Though the actor didn’t hesitate to share about how he feels toward the beauty queen-turned-actress, he didn’t confirm anything about their status.
“I do love her. From the bottom of my heart, mahal na mahal ko siya,” Cuenca admitted his feelings. “I am 31. I am more mature when it comes to relationships. Mas disiplinado ako ngayon. I know na I can take care of her. That’s what I work for every day. I want to deserve her every day.”
When asked about what he likes about the Philippines’ sixth Miss International, he shared where he met Versoza first.
“Nung una ko pa lang siya nakita sa Panday crush ko na siya. But she was in a relationship at that time. Tapos I knew na baka magkatrabaho kami ulit. Nagkataon na partners kami sa Los Bastardos.”
The actor sees her not just as a beauty queen inside and out.
“She’s an amazing person inside and out. Yung pagiging beauty queen niya, hindi lang sa itsura but as a person, she’s amazing.”
When asked about when will he confirm about their relationship status, he said, “Like I said, if there’s any admission that’s gonna happen, I want to be there by her side too. Or I want us to be together when that happens.”
