After more than five months on the air, Sahaya is finally bowing out after making its premiere last March 18 on GMA Telebabad. Sahaya is a TV series that aims to capture the richness of Philippine indigenous culture with the story mainly based on the way of life of the Badjao people.
Sahaya started in the second primetime slot but was moved to the first slot to replace Kara Mia after GMA Network decided to shelve its supposed replacement Rosang Agimat due to an accident resulting to Eddie Garcia’s death. Sahaya is the 14th Kapuso program pitted against FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano which has been airing for almost four years now.
Sahaya stars Bianca Umali in the titular role with Miguel Tanfelix and Migo Adecer as her leading men.

Yesterday, one of the show’s crew shared their last taping day for Sahaya. “Last day at the Sahaya set. Hanggang sa muli Calatagan… magsukol! ❤️❤️❤️”
