StarStruck Season 4 Grand Winner Kris Bernal is starring in the newest GMA Network drama-horror series, Hanggang sa Dulo ng Buhay Ko directed by Jorron Lee Monroy.
The premise of the story is about the two childhood sweethearts Yvie Cardeñas (played by Megan Young) and Matteo Divinagracia, portrayed by Rayver Cruz, who fall in love and eventually get married. They happily move into their new family home, along with their adopted son and Yvie’s cousin. Matteo’s former girlfriend, Naomi Espiritu (Kris Bernal’s character) will put fear into their lives.
Recently, during her visit to Kapuso ArtisTambayan, Kris was asked by one netizen if did she ever felt scared during taping.
“Sa bahay na malaki, ‘yung ancestral house, wala naman pero super old house na talaga siya. May time na nag-shoot kami sa hospital, recently lang, this week lang, may nagpaparamdam talaga. Gumagalaw ‘yung mga pinto, ‘yung ilaw nagfi-flicker. ‘Yung hospital na rin kasi na iyon, luma na,” Kris shared.
As the story is getting intense, Naomi’s character is getting horrific as well which is affecting the actress.
“Nagpo-progress kasi ‘yung character na pa-devil ka na talaga, pa-evil ka na talaga. Ang hirap niya isapuso kasi ang lalim,” Kris explained.

Hanggang sa Dulo ng Buhay Ko premiered on July 22 with a pilot episode rating of 5% based on AGB Nielsen Philippines’ Nationwide Urban Television Audience Measurement People in television homes. The series got its highest rating on July 24, 2019, with a 5.7% rating.
