Does Alden Richards feel pressured after the success of ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye?’

Alden Richards plays a blind man in The Gift, something he never imagined playing before.

After the success of Hello, Love, Goodbye, Kapuso actor Alden Richards is returning to primetime TV via The Gift.

At the media con for his new series last September 9 at Prime Hotel in Quezon City, Alden happily shared his excitement, “Sobra po akong na-excite na bumalik sa teleserye upon the presentation pa lang ng project na ‘to.”

Alden even said that he immediately accepted the role when it was presented to him. “Noong prinesent po siya sa akin, tinanggap ko po siya agad with the hopes na magiging maganda yung pagkakagawa nito, with the help of the creatives and the directors.”

But in spite of his excitement, he also feels pressured especially coming off from something as successful as Hello, Love, Goodbye which broke box office records and became the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time;

“May pressure po, but it’s a beautiful pressure.

Alden plays a blind man in The Gift, something he never imagined playing before.

The Gift will premiere on September 16, 2019 after Beautiful Justice.
