Julia Barretto gets muddy and dirty with her glam team

Julia has been focusing more on vlogging after suffering some setbacks from all the controversies she encountered this year.

  • Julia Barretto treated her glam team to an eco park adventure.
  • Julia still affected by all the controversies she faced.

Kapamilya actress Julia Baretto didn’t mind the dirt when she crawled her way in a muddy obstacle course during their team building in Laguna.

In her latest vlog on her YouTube channel, Julia took her glam team to an eco park in Laguna.

“It’s a muddy and exciting day for me and the glam team. I surprised them by taking them to the Forest Club Eco Resort for a special team building session… Julia style!” said Julia.

In the video, Julia along with her glam team played some games and went through an obstacle course showcasing her un-glamorous side.

The “realness” was praised by the majority of YouTube viewers who said it was refreshing to see the young actress enjoying her life outside the glitz and glamour of showbiz.

Julia has been focusing more on vlogging after suffering some setbacks from all the controversies she encountered this year.

From being accused as the third party that caused the breakup of Bea Alonzo and Gerald Anderson to the infighting in the Barretto family, Julia’s career seemed to have taken a big blow.

After losing several endorsements and her movie Block Z pushed to a later play date, Julia has also been rarely seen on TV.

Her latest TV appearance was her Maalaala Mo Kaya episode where she played a character with bipolar disorder. Although she was acclaimed for her acting, the episode didn’t translate into good ratings as it registered the lowest ever numbers for the drama anthology.

In its November 30 episode, MMK only scored 8.1% rating on AGB Nielsen NUTAM report, 2.8% lower than rival Magpakailanman which featured the newbie ‘Hipon Girl’ which got 10.9% rating.

Although Kantar Media reported a win for MMK on that episode at 17.5% vs 16.7%, the slim margin of 0.8% is still attributed as an effect of all the controversies she faced.
