ABS-CBN veteran actor Jaime Fábregas encouraged people not to vote for the 70 congressmen who voted against the renewal of the ABS-CBN franchise.
On Twitter, Fábregas reminded voters to take note of those congressmen specifically Alan Peter Cayetano, LRay Villafuerte, Mike Defensor, Boying Remulla, and Rodante Marcoleta.

After the Congress’ decision to reject the ABS-CBN bid for a fresh franchise, the media giant announced the retrenchment program which signifies the closure of most of its programs and loss of jobs of their employees including celebrities and journalists.
While most of the unfinished shows of ABS-CBN bid farewell, some just shifted to online platforms just like FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
Fábregas, who is part of the said show which has been running since 2015, announced the comeback of the series starting August 31.

FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano will be aired on Kapamilya channel, Cinemo, and various online channels of ABS-CBN from Monday to Friday at 8 pm. In September, it can also be watched on the streaming service iWant TFC.
Fábregas is a veteran actor and also a professional musical scorer who is multi-awarded in both the acting and music fields.
In FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, he plays the role of former National Security Advisor Delfin Borja who is the brother of Ricardo Dalisay’s (Coco Martin) grandmother, Lola Flora which is played by Susan Roces.
The new episodes of the longest-running action-drama themed teleserye can be watched by viewers all around the world.
