TV5 has aired noontime shows in the past like Game ‘N Go, P.O.5, Happy Truck ng Bayan, and Wowowillie but it failed to attain successful viewership ratings against its rivals from the two giant networks.
But this may change as TV5 is supposedly eyeing Kapamilya hosts Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford to lead a noontime show along with other Kapamilya talents.

Aside from this, Gabby Concepcion and his daughter KC Concepcion are also rumored to be starring in a new program on the said network.
With the thousands of retrenched ABS-CBN employees (actors, radio and TV anchors, TV hosts, directors, executive producers, writers, researchers, etc.), it is not surprising to know that most of them will now work for other networks.
The massive job loss caused by ABS-CBN’s closure months ago was due to congress’s denial of the network’s franchise.
Due to this, the Kapatid Network has now become one of the go-to places for block time producers and talents from ABS-CBN.
Luis’ girlfriend Jessy Mendiola, Pokwang, and Ria Atayde are among those Kapamilya talents who have found shows on TV5. Many Kapuso actors are also doing shows on the Kapatid network.
According to a statement of entertainment reporter Cristy Fermin in an episode of the digital talk show Take It… Per Minute, Me Ganun!, former congressman Albee Benitez, one of the blocktimers on TV5, has shown his interest to work with Star Magic’s Johnny Manahan. With this in mind, more Kapamilya stars are now expected to resume their careers at TV5.
