Kapamilya journalist Mike Navallo chided Jay Sonza over another fake news he spread on social media.
In a tweet, Navallo threw shade at a personality who according to him resorted to spreading fake info to remain relevant.

Although Navallo didn’t name any names, it was obvious that he was referring to fake news king Jay Sonza.
Sonza was one of the first who shared the fake photo of an ABS-CBN news van which allegedly figured in an accident while covering the dolomite beach in Manila Bay.
In his post, Sonza shared the fake news of the altered photo of the ABS-CBN van with the caption “Isa lamang ito sa mga iniwang bakas ng Bagyong Ulysses. One must learn from experience.”

While the post is nowhere to be found now on Sonza’s Facebook profile, Rappler in their article said the post has reached almost 5 thousand reactions and more than 300 shares.
Sonza is known for spreading fake news on Facebook which earned him the monicker Fake News King.
Aside from this latest one, Sonza also proliferated unfounded conspiracy theories about ABS-CBN and its executives. He’s also one of those who insinuated about ABS-CBN’s alleged tax evasion during its franchise hearing and also spread a hoax about ABS-CBN’s ties with the communists.
One of the more recent fakes news that Sonza proliferated is the news about Julia Barretto’s pregnancy.
Julia however didn’t let it just pass and charged Sonza at the NBI for maligning her person on social media.
Sonza however failed to show up at the NBI when he was summoned for the case.
