Manila, Philippines. June 2021: Exciting offers await the realme Squad this June as the country’s no. 1 smartphone brand for Q1 2021 launches the “Upgrade to realme 8” bundle promo, along with other after-sales initiatives to give thanks for the community’s unwavering support.

Earlier this month, realme announced that it has managed to strengthen its leadership in the PH smartphone market once again as it took the no. 1 spot in the top smartphone vendors for Q1 2021 based on separate reports from research firms Canalys and IDC. The brand also showed the highest YoY (year on year) growth during the quarter at +142%, and the highest proportion in online sales at 34% based on data from Counterpoint Research.

Given these milestones, realme is committed to giving back to its loyal customers with incredible deals, discounted services, and extended warranty periods. “We are truly grateful for the overwhelming support and love we’ve received from the Squad since 2018. This empowers us even more to deliver only the best service and innovations for Filipinos,” shares realme Philippines Vice President for Marketing Austine Huang.

Upgrade your existing realme smartphone to realme 8 and get a free Powerbank 2i

Great news for existing realme users! From June 5 to 20, customers with realme smartphones who purchase the newly launched realme 8 will be entitled to a free realme Powerbank 2i originally worth PHP790. All they have to do is present their existing realme smartphone upon purchasing the new realme 8 at any authorized store nationwide. Customers who upgrade to the realme 8 within the promo period can redeem their freebie within 60 days upon purchase.

Launched in May, the realme 8 is a prime example of the brand’s youth-driven innovation. Perfect for gaming enthusiasts and multi-hyphenates, it boasts a powerful MTK Helio G95 processor to deliver the best in mobile gaming. It also features 30W Dart Charge and 5,000 mAh battery, making it ideal for young Filipinos on the go who need a smartphone that can keep up with their tech-driven lifestyle.

Get discounted services and amazing freebies in realme Service Centers

In line with its commitment to providing the best customer service to every Filipino, realme is also set to launch discounted offers on its after-sales services, along with other freebies in all sixteen (16) of its service centers nationwide.

Every 15th and 16th of the month, realme will be having its Service Day where customers can avail 10% off on all maintenance services, and 5% off on main board purchases. Customers who come in on these days will be entitled to services such as system updates, and phone inspections with no service fee. Freebies such as phone cases and screen protector replacements will also be up for grabs. In addition, there will also be a premium gift for customers who celebrate their birthdays either on the 15th or 16th of the month.

On top of its Service Day offerings, realme also launched its “Fix It to Win It” in-store campaign at its Service Centers. With this initiative, walk-in customers are given the chance to win discounts of up to 15% on all after-sales services when they accomplish a set of challenges in the form of Rubik’s Cube and Sudoku puzzles. This campaign will run until September 29, 2021.

Extend warranty periods for up to 12 months under the realme Care program

Additionally, realme is giving customers the option to extend warranty periods on all realme devices, including smartphones and AIoT products, under the realme Care program. Customers can opt to purchase coverage for 3, 6, or 12 months at corresponding rates to be able to enjoy longer warranty periods for their prized realme gadgets. Warranty extensions for broken screens are also offered under the said after-sales program.

For the official breakdown of rates and other realme Care announcements, the realme Squad may check out the realme Facebook page: facebook.com/realmePhilippines.
