K Brosas filed a civil case after the contractor she contacted breached their contract.
The latter abandoned the construction of the house, leaving it unfinished after she paid the required full amount.
On her social media accounts, Brosas shared her disappointments and sentiments over the tragic abandonment of her contractor.
On twitter, she posted a summary of the incident. She captioned thanking the attorneys who helped her in the process of filing a case over the offender:

Over a lengthy post on facebook, Brosas shared the full story.
“Ilang taon na po ang nakakaraan ng may kinontrata ako para gawin ang aking bahay dahil sa kagustohan kong umiwas sa malaking babayarin sa pagupa ng townhouse at condominium unit.
“Nakakalungkot lang na kahit malaking pera na ang nabigay ko at kung tutuusin tapos ko na ang pagbabayad sa buong halaga, mahigit kumulang 7 milyon.. inabandona pa ng pinagkatiwalaan ko ang nasabing bahay.”
Brosas could not hide her disappointment over the abandonment of the contractor she trusted after paying an estimated amount of P7 million throughout the inception of the project.
“Ilang beses akong nakiusap, umiyak at humingi ng tulong, pero wala pa ding nangyari. alam lahat ng kaibigan ko kung ilang beses nakong nag breakdown, napadalas uli ang anxiety attacks ko dahil sa sobrang stress.
“Grabe ang bigat at depression ko dahil sa pangarap kong bahay na para din sa anak ko.. Kaya napilitan akong maghain ng demanda kaninang tanghali.”
She confessed that the tragic situation has taken a toll on her emotional well-being and has deeply caused her depression.
“Naniniwala pa din ako sa justice system natin. I hope justice will be served at the end of the day,” Brosas ended her post with the hope of receiving the justice she deserves.
