GMA Network will give Xian Lim another project since his supposed TV series with Jennylyn Mercado got postponed.
In September, Lim and Mercado started their taping for the series, and they expected to finish the shoot this month.
However, due to Mercado’s medical emergency, the taping of the series Love. Die. Repeat. got called off.
Accordingly, Mercado got advised to rest for her to recover from her health condition quickly.
GMA Network then decided to postpone the series until Mercado is back and available. Meanwhile, they will give Lim another project to work on with a new leading lady.
Lim moved to the GMA Network in August. Love. Die. Repeat. should have been his first project under the Kapuso network.
In Lim’s previous interview before his taping commenced for the said series, he revealed that Love. Die. Repeat. is the only commitment he has with the GMA network but, he is hoping that the Network will give him more projects as a Kapuso.
As he joins GMA Network, Lim wishes to venture away from being an actor as he also dreams of working behind the cameras.
“Gusto ko pong mabigyan ng opportunities to pitch stories, na mga sinulat ko po. I wanna be able to have the opportunity to direct and hopefully be part of the creative process ng paggawa ng isang proyekto, that’s something i’m very passionate about,” he said.
