In a virtual interview on November 17, the cast of The World Between Us shared the most significant transformation that happened to them this year.

Although the year is not yet over, many changes have occurred for Kapuso actor Alden Richards, especially in his personal life.

He has focused on his craft as an artist in the past years; this year, he realizes that he should also focus on his life outside the industry.

“Daming realizations e, especially sa personal aspect parang I became more hungry for knowledge. In terms sa buhay, hindi lang sa craft ko as an actor kasi parang that’s what happened in the past years e, masyado akong nag-focus sa craft kaya medyo napag-iwanan ko ‘yung mga bagay na dapat pagtuunan ko ng pansin.

“Mas nag-doble kayod pa or doble grind ako when it comes to side hustles, meaning ‘yung mga ginagawa ko aside from my main job. So ‘yun yung pinagtuunan ko ng pansin ngayon para atleast nau-utilize ko nang maayos ‘yung downtime ko,” shared Alden.

Kapuso actress Jasmine Curtis has become more responsible in her decisions in life this year. She no longer lets other people control her beliefs and choices in life.

“For 2021, I think my biggest realization or the growth o change that I felt, glow up kumbaga, I think is being firm with my decisions and my voice kasi I think too long I’ve allowed other people to have the agency sa aking paniniwala, sa mga desisyon ko, para hindi ako ‘yung palaging only accountable. Ngayon it feels different na I own up and I take responsibility over all of my decisions and my choices in life,” Jasmine said.

Meanwhile, apart from his wedding this year, Tom Rodriguez has two other things considered transformation.

According to him, he has realized this year that life is balanced and that there are a lot of gray areas in it.

“Siguro the biggest transformation when it comes to my viewpoint in life, in my 34 years, are two things. ‘Yung una is not being too hard on myself kasi usually I always put a lot of pressure on myself.

“And realizing that there are more gray areas in life. Na ‘yung buhay ay hindi laging magaganda lang o laging sakit, balanse siya. I’m just learning to go with the flow and be open that any possibilities pwede mo ma-experince o pagdaanan,” Tom added.
