ABS-CBN’s FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano wins in ratings against its rival GMA network’s I Can See You: AlterNate.
The two programs faced off in the primetime line-up of their respective networks.
On January 10, I Can See You: AlterNate premiered on GMA Network Telebabad under the 8:45 pm timeslot. Based on the data from AGB Nielsen, it earned a 10.1% rating and ranked fourth in the rating chart.
That same day, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, managed to climb in the third spot with a 10.4% rating.
FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano used to rank 4th to 5th the previous weeks with more or less 9.0% rating, but the conclusion of The World Between Us last week paved the way for the Kapamilya action-drama to improve its ratings and rise in the chart.
The following day, it dropped its rating to 10.0% but, it maintained its third spot on the rating chart.
The same case happened to I Can See You: AlterNate. It stayed in the fourth spot but, its rating dropped to 9.2%.
In terms of online views, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, remains unbeatable. Its January 11 episode parts on YouTube gained more than 3 million views as of writing while I Can See You: AlterNate only gained around 70k online views.
