Some of the topics discussed during the virtual meeting held last March 10 were the Embassy’s events and activities, Israel’s humanitarian assistance to typhoon-stricken areas and during the pandemic, and a possible partnership with GMA Network as well as the Kapuso Foundation. Additionally, Gozon assured the Network’s willingness to cooperate with the Israeli government to deliver its message to the Filipinos.
Also in attendance were the following GMA Network executives and news personalities: Chief Marketing Officer Lizelle Maralag, Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth G. Rasonable; GMA New Media, Inc. President and COO Dennis Augusto Caharian; and GMA Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Communications Angela Javier-Cruz; as well as award-winning broadcast journalists Vicky Morales, Pia Arcangel, and Mel Tiangco.
