Comedian Krissy Achino has come to the defense of Vice Ganda following some netizen’s demands for him to come out and join the pink campaign.
In a tweet Krissy corrected misconceptions that his talent manager Vice Ganda is not doing anything to help the pink movement.
Krissy mentioned that most of Vice’s talents and closest friends are already part of the movement so there is no point in asking where Vice Ganda’;s sector is sitting in the campaign.
“Does this help sa campaign natin? Sinong sector ba ni Meme ang hinahanap natin? If you look closely, Meme’s talent, including @_AteDick, volunteers, hosts, and does H2H. Even her closest friends are kakampinks. Let’s NOT pressure people BECAUSE kung lalabas, lalabas.”

Krissy’s reaction was triggered by netizen @AtlABSCBN’s tweet saying “Whether you admit it or not, sector na lang ni Vice Ganda ang wala sa kampanya natin.”

Meanwhile, in a succeeding tweet, Krissy also warned over eager netizens pressuring celebrities to come out with their political choices that they might regret it more if celebrities got pissed off from their demands.

Aside from Krissy another talent of Vice Ganda also reacted to Krissy’s twitter thread.
Inah Evans a.k.a Ate Dick also took to twitter to share his sentiment and defend their manager.
In a response to a netizen who said “Tama! Pero grabe talaga ang expectation sa kanya kasi malaki ang influence niya. Kapag si Vice tumindig, marami ang sasama sa ating hanay. Sana soon!”, Ate Dick said that Vice is very well aware of that.
