Porac, Pampanga’s Alviera opened up its facilities to nature lovers in April 2022. Adventure seekers can now explore the region’s local sights with the fun of engaging amenities inside the emerging business and residential growth center.
Alviera, spearheaded by Ayala Land and Leonio Land kicked off their EXPLORAC (Explore Porac) campaign offering visitors exciting outdoor experiences with the site’s 1,800-hectare estate.
One of Alviera’s highlights is its 2-hectare, one-of-a-kind adventure park called the Sandbox.
It features a 10-meter Giant Swing, an Aerial Walk, its own Adventure Tower, the country’s first roller coaster zipline, a Free Fall jump, climbing, and several rappel walls.
Aside from the exciting adventure park, Alviera also features the Splash Tub, an 11 water-oriented obstacle course that includes the Ball Traverse, the Over-and-Under, and the Wreckers.
For those who want to sit back and enjoy the summer heat, Alviera features an Instagram-worthy lounge pool.
As for the more adventurous type, Alviera offers the 5-kilometer Alviera Bike Trails, an open to all, scenic biking route designed for trail and gravel bikes.
They also have the 3-hectare KTM Off-road track for motocross enthusiasts and off-road events.
Alviera also recently held their first family camping activity on April 30 with the inauguration of their W Camp Site.
For the plan-Titos and plan-Titas, the business and residential growth center offers the Greenscapes, which features a blooms field, a Vertiver and tree farms, and an ornamental plant nursery. They also have an open lawn, a lounge area, and picnic grounds.
The site also offers its Alviera Country Club, which delivers a multi-purpose function and meeting rooms for gatherings and special events.
Alviera aims to promote a seamless collaboration of urban development and nature through its commercial district, business and industrial park, university zones, retail centers, country club, recreational areas, and residential neighborhoods.
