The Wall Philippines is returning on television as the GMA Network announced the show’s return this August.
To recall, the first season of The Wall Philippines aired on TV5 from March 13 to September 11, 2021. It was produced by Viva Television and is hosted by Billy Crawford.
On July 15, the GMA Network announced that the game show would return with an award-winning host. It will be produced by GMA Network Inc. and Viva Communications Inc.
The network did reveal the host’s identity yet, but rumors spread that it will still be the first season host Billy Crawford.
Crawford is currently a host of the TV5 variety show Lunch Out Loud. He transferred to TV5 in September 2020.
Other LOL hosts include Alex Gonzaga, Bayani Agbayani, K Brosas, KC Montero, Wacky Kiray, Jeff Tam, Jobert Austria and Laboching.
TV5 broadcasts LOL and made available to Kapamilya Channel and A2Z Channel 11 starting July 16.
Aside from their award-winning host, The Wall Philippines would also feature a celebrity tandem every Sunday.
The game show with the state-of-the-art 40-foot wall would give the winners up to 10 million worth of cash prizes.
