At the media conference for Pamasahe, which LionhearTV covered on November 14, Viva artist Azi Acosta tracked back her experience of abuse from relatives.
Acosta stressed how she related to her character in Pamasahe, especially with verbal and physical abuse from her relatives.
She then cited the challenge of letting go of her character after filming each scene while they were on set.
She appreciated those who acknowledged and praised her acting skills after seeing her portrayal in Pamasahe.
Acosta stars in her first leading role in the Vivamax film Pamasahe. The erotic drama also has a powerhouse Viva cast with Mark Anthony Fernandez, Felix Roco, Rash Flores, Chad Solano, Aj Oteyza, Shiena Yu, Julio Diaz, and Erlinda Villalobos.
Directed by Direk Roman Perez Jr., Pamasahe premieres on December 5 via Vivamax Plus and streams on December 9 via Vivamax.
