Anjay Anson, GMA Network’s new matinee idol, spoke with LionhearTV one-on-one on November 8 about how Unang Hirit has impacted his life.
The young idol shared that every day he is excited to work on the program.
Anson shared, “Discovering new things, which is ‘yun yung nabibigay ng Unang Hirit sakin. Kasi ‘di ko alam na kaya ko pala maghost. ‘Di ko alam na through hosting makakaconquer pala ako ng fear.”
Anson also disclosed that he has an unhealthy sleeping schedule but Unang Hirit changed him. He disclosed, “Before nung nagstart ako sa Unang Hirit, hindi talaga ako morning person. Like aasahan mo akong gumising at around 11-12 (in the afternoon) na.”
Aside from discussing his body clock, the 20-year-old also revealed that he has no prior hosting experience before being part of the morning family.
The young artist recounted, “Yung unang time na nagUH ako, sa ano pa ‘yun Snow World. Yung kaba mo mas nadadagdagan kasi ang lamig. It went well naman. Pero nakikita ko nga ‘yung time na ‘yon na ang dami ko pang kailangan iprove.”
Before venturing into hosting, Anson was first seen in a telemovie special ‘Magkaibigan, Nagkaibigan’. Then in GMA’s suspenserye, ‘Widows’ Web’.
