On March 29, actress-host Bianca Gonzalez talked about parenting challenges.

At the Johnson’s Baby #LoveMoreWithEveryTouch campaign launch, which LionhearTV covered, Gonzalez cited how different her two daughters are.

She shared, “The biggest challenge–they’re different. So siguro, yung na-realize ko in many years na even if they grew up in the same home, same mother, same father, same environment, they’re so different. So we deal with our kids differently.”

She noted the influences her seven-year-old daughter Lucia recently encountered after returning to face-to-face classes.

Gonzalez narrated, “My seven-year-old, my biggest problem is now [that] we’re back to face-to-face. She’s learning these things from classmates na dati noong work from home, siyempre control mo lang kung saan sila ano, so she knows things like mga Roblox, yung mga ganon na I don’t expose her to, but now she’s at school and with classmates, she knows.”

As for Carmen, her four-year-old, she mentioned the emotional nature of her daughter.

“For Carmen naman, she’s four years old. And she is–she’s very emotional, kapag happy, happy, kapag sad, sad, kapag galit, galit. So, ‘yun ‘yung challenge with her.”

Gonzalez then acknowledged her learnings as a parent, especially when handling her emotions.

The TV host-actress revealed, “One of my favorite recent learnings about parenting is minsan kapag may big emotions ‘yung anak mo, that’s normal. They’re supposed to have big emotions and how we react is more of not because of them, it’s because of us how we react. Meaning it’s up to us to be calm. Kasi totoo na kapag nagwa-wala siya, kapag magwala ako, walang mangyayari sa amin kasi pareho lang kaming nagwawala.”

As for the #LoveMoreWithEveryTouch campaign, Johnson’s Baby spearheaded an intimate gathering with Bianca Gonzalez, Dr. Wilsie Salas-Walinsundin, and several ‘mombassadors’ from online communities.

Johnson’s Baby products are available in leading drugstores, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms nationwide, such as Shopee and Lazada.
