Locsin Partners, in collaboration with California-based global architecture, planning, and design firm Architecture International, and landscape consultant AECOM. This unique design concept allows for natural light and ventilation to stream in, which in turn nurtures the lush central space while reducing energy and water consumption, an innovative feature not found in other upscale developments. Filigree’s Golf Ridge Private Estate took home the Residential 20+ Units category which highlighted the development’s exclusivity in an intimate, nature-inspired environment.
