The seven-episode Max Original limited series Love & Death, starring Elizabeth Olsen and Jesse Plemons, debuts with three episodes on Thursday, April 27 on HBO GO. This riveting drama, written by David E. Kelley and directed by Lesli Linka Glatter, tells the true story of Candy and Pat Montgomery and Betty and Allan Gore – two churchgoing couples enjoying their smalltown Texas life…until an extramarital affair leads somebody to pick up an ax.
Viewers can revisit Seasons 1-3 and the all new Season 4 of Succession as it explores themes of power and family dynamics through the eyes of patriarch Logan Roy (Brian Cox) and his four grown children, Kendall (Jeremy Strong), Siobhan (Sarah Snook), Roman (Kieran Culkin), and Connor (Alan Ruck). In Season 4, the sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgård) moves ever closer. The prospect of this seismic sale provokes existential angst and familial division among the Roys as they anticipate what their lives will look like once the deal is complete. A power struggle ensues as the family weighs up a future where their cultural and political weight is severely curtailed. New episodes of Succession Season 4 premieres every Monday on HBO GO and HBO at 10pm.
DC fans can tune-in to Warner TV for Season 3 of Superman & Lois with new episodes every Wednesday at 9pm. Season 3 opens weeks after Superman’s blowout defeat of Ally Allston (Rya Kihlstedt). Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) are now working at the Smallville Gazette together and enjoying the small-town life. However, Lois’ own work-life balance is put to the test when an undercover assignment reveals a deadly foe that promises to change the Kent family forever.
