On Isko Moreno’s show ISKOVERY NIGHT last June 16, Toni Fowler reveals that Rendon Labador in real life is not the person he portrays on social media.
Moreno asked Fowler, “Sinong influencer ang pinaka-plastik?” The two laughed at the controversial question after Fowler promised to answer all of the questions on the show.
Fowler answered, “Siguro sa ngayon, ang masasabi kong pinaka-plastik na influencer ngayon sa social media…si Rendon Labador. Kase hindi ko s’ya gano’n nakilala.”
She mentioned her involvement with Labador mainly being the godmother of his child.
“He’s portraying an image na hindi s’ya for the sake of money, which is a flop and a fake, ‘yon ‘yung nakakalungkot do’n,” Fowler added.
She further mentioned of Labador’s fight with Coco Martin who recently directed Fowler when she starred in ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.’
It will be remembered that Labador made a fuss on social media in March this year, saying that the ‘Batang Quiapo’ star disrupted the livelihood of the Quiapo vendors by filming the series there.
He called out Martin and told him to leave Quiapo and find his own studio. The influencer also claimed to be a voice for those who are unable to fight for their rights as he repeatedly mentioned Martin on his Facebook page.

Fowler then cleared that she is not disagreeing with Labador because of her involvement in ‘Batang Quiapo,’ but she acknowledges that the people have a point in the issue.
She further commented that Labador’s negative persona on social media is not the one she met in real life.
“Before pa lang that, kahit yung MPL, marami din s’yang sinabi. Hindi s’ya ‘yun eh. Kilala ko s’ya as mabait na tao. Masyado ka lang talagang nilamon ng sistema,” Fowler added.
She claimed that Labador’s outbursts on social media is due to his desire to be more known by the public. She further stated that she still believes in the goodness that is within the influencer.
Fowler remarked, “So para sa’kin, hindi ikaw ‘yan ‘yung pinapakita mong panget na ikaw. Naniniwala pa rin ako ‘yung nakita kong goodness in you…na ikaw ‘yun, so plastik ka. Pinapakita mo ‘yun para lang umingay ka.”
