Alden Richards and Julia Montes, stars of the film ‘Five Break-Ups and a Romance,’ attended the premiere night of ‘A Very Good Girl,’ featuring Kathryn Bernardo and Dolly de Leon, at SM Megamall on the evening of September 26.
Kathryn Bernardo previously starred alongside Alden Richards in the highest-grossing Filipino movie of all time, ‘Hello Love, Goodbye,’ released in 2019.
Julia Montes, a close friend of Kathryn Bernardo, also took to social media to express her support for the actress. On Instagram, Montes shared a video from the premiere of ‘A Very Good Girl’ and praised Bernardo for her outstanding performance in the film, highlighting her emotional range and passion.
Montes encouraged her followers to watch the movie and congratulated the entire team, including Golden Globe nominee Dolly de Leon.

Bernardo and Montes first worked together on the ABS-CBN remake of ‘Mara Clara’ in 2010, which marked the beginning of their friendship. Despite their busy schedules, they have remained close over the years. Following ‘Mara Clara,’ they also co-starred in ‘Way Back Home,’ which further solidified their bond.
In a previous interview, Bernardo expressed her gratitude for having Montes by her side during her first full-length film project under Star Cinema, emphasizing the support and friendship that have been constants in their careers.
