The talented Thai electro girl band comprising of Beam, Ply and Fhong, who is known for their unique mix of energetic and emotive dance music, is back with a new single ‘Teenage Lullaby’!
Marking the beginning of a new phase for VINI, they aim to introduce a fresh tone and new vibes with ‘Teenage Lullaby’ which will be the focus single of their first album ‘soirée’ in early 2024.
Conveying a message of resilience in a romantic way, this dance electro track describes a scenario where one is in a state of despair, symbolized by the line “living nightmare”. However, after meeting someone at a soirée who is going through a similar experience, with help and support, there is hope in finding a way to break free from the negativity and find happiness.
“The lyrics of ‘Teenage Lullaby’ are about a situation where you find yourself at your lowest, surrounded by darkness, with seemingly no way out.”
The lyrics and its emotional depth of ‘Teenage Lullaby’ is what makes it so special. A collaborative effort involving all the band members and the producer, Boom, this song addresses the feeling of being in the dark, and finding peace with people facing similar struggles, a connection becoming a source of inspiration and hope. The song’s uniqueness also comes from the intention to introduce a fresh tone as a new phase in their first album.

VINI is a band comprising three talented women: Beam, Ply, and Fhong. They offer a unique blend of energetic, kinetic, and dance music to audiences worldwide. Each member plays a different instrument – Fhong on guitar, Ply on bass, and Beam on keyboard and Dj set.

After VINI released their first EP and the EP on a 7-inch vinyl, they had their inaugural album launch party in Japan and got the chance to perform at the Music Lane Festival in Okinawa. Not long after, they released two new singles from the album, titled “Late-nite” and “Nudis”.
Through this album, VINI wants to reveal more about who they are as “VINI”. They want to share what VINI is like, what VINI feels, and the messages they want to convey. Under the album title “soirée”, VINI aims to invite everyone into this private evening event and share the experiences that have shaped their lives. Also, VINI wants this to be a “soirée” where people feel comfortable sharing all of their stories.
