The 7th annual Entertainment Editors’ Choice (EDDYS) Awards, organized by the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors (SPEEd), took place on Sunday, July 7, at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Newport World Resorts in Pasay City.
Piolo Pascual, Julia Montes, and Charlie Dizon emerged as the top winners, receiving accolades for their exceptional performances in their respective films.
The film ‘About Us But Not About Us’ won the Best Picture award, while ‘Mallari,’ starring Piolo Pascual, swept several major categories.
