Rumors of a falling out between two of the country’s top fashion icons, Heart Evangelista and Pia Wurtzbach, have intensified after it was revealed that the two stars have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
The alleged rift, which has been speculated on for over a year, reportedly began when Wurtzbach started working with Evangelista’s former glam team, including makeup artist Justin Louise Soriano and hairstylist Jeck Aguilar. The split between Evangelista and her team was rumored to be caused by differences in working relationships and personal disputes.
Adding to the drama, it was alleged that members of Heart’s former glam team had maxed out her credit card for personal use, though details regarding this issue remain unconfirmed.
In a previous interview, Evangelista addressed the departure of her team, stating, “Life is like that. Madami tayong pagdadaanan with our careers, with our personal life. But everything’s for a reason, and everything is for us to be stronger so we can face anything else in life. So, I am very happy.”
Recently, speculations about the feud were reignited when both fashion influencers attended the Hermès Fashion Show. Despite being seated close to each other, with Heart in the front row alongside Filipino-American model Kelsey Merritt and Pia seated just behind, the two stars reportedly did not interact, further fueling the rumors of a strained relationship.
