Cruz further showed his support by leaving another comment on Sparkle GMA Artist Center’s post, which featured San Jose’s calendar photos. “Super deserve!” he wrote, accompanying his praise with heart eyes, heart, and fire emojis.
San Jose, in turn, expressed her excitement for this “new journey” and thanked her fans and loved ones for their encouragement. She referred to her calendar images as “works of art,” emphasizing her pride in the project.
This announcement follows recent headlines about San Jose’s performances of ABBA’s ‘Dancing Queen’ and Lady Gaga’s ‘The Edge of Glory’ at a fundraising event at Nuestra Señora del Pilar parish in Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro. After the performance received mixed reactions due to her attire—a sleeveless dress with a thigh-high slit—San Jose and her management, Sparkle GMA Artist Center, issued apologies, with Sparkle GMA taking responsibility for the choice of wardrobe.
