After almost a year of successful run, “Lilet Matias: Attorney-At-Law” bids goodbye to viewers with shocking twists and meaningful life lessons.
Atty. Lilet (Jo Berry) takes on her most challenging case yet–seeking justice for the death of her mother, Atty. Meredith Simmons (Maricel Laxa).
With Patricia’s (Sheryl Cruz) accomplices already testifying against her, Patricia’s daughter, Trixie (Zonia Mejia), also speaks up for the truth. She takes the witness stand and reveals that her own mother is the mastermind behind Atty. Meredith’s murder.
Trixie also proves to the court that Patricia killed Inno (Joaquin Domagoso) after he tried to expose her dark secret. Lastly, Trixie provides strong evidence for her mother’s plan to harm Lilet.
As she gets imprisoned, Patricia blames Lilet for her downfall and plots her revenge. While being transported back to the court, armed men arrive causing Patricia to escape.
Now that Patricia is on the loose, will there still be justice for Atty. Meredith and Inno? How will Lilet protect herself and her loved ones against a fugitive? Will Lilet be able to continue fighting for the oppressed?
