Kapamilya actress and content creator Ivana Alawi reiterated that she has no interest in entering politics and is highly selective when it comes to endorsing politicians.

During her thanksgiving event with the media on March 7 at Vinta Modern Cantina in Quezon City, Ivana shared that she frequently receives offers from political figures seeking endorsements, but she carefully evaluates before making any decision.
She emphasized that her choices are driven not by personal gain but by what she believes will benefit the Filipino people.
Ivana further explained that if money were her main concern, she would have accepted all offers, but she prioritizes integrity over financial incentives.
It’s what do you believe in and who do you think will make the country a better place.”
With her extensive charity work, many supporters have encouraged Ivana to run for office. However, she firmly denied any political ambitions, saying she does not have the expertise needed to hold public office.
And siguro kung papasok man ako sa ganiyan, dapat mag-aral man lang ako ng three to four years, because I don’t want to put our country at risk.”
She also stressed that helping others does not require a government position, explaining that she gives back out of generosity—not as a political move.
When it comes to endorsements, Ivana ensures she supports politicians for the right reasons.
She added that she studies the laws and policies of political candidates before making a decision.
Despite her philanthropic efforts, Ivana assured that her generosity is not tied to any political aspirations.
“Ang pagtakbo talaga is for the country. Kailangan natin lumaban at lumevel up, ‘no? So ‘yun, hindi talaga ako tatakbo kasi wala naman akong alam diyan.”
Her statement reaffirmed her commitment to helping people on her own terms, without seeking political power.
Ivana’s first-ever thanksgiving event with the media was a celebration of gratitude. Aside from engaging in an open Q&A session, she also held a cash raffle as a token of appreciation for those in attendance.
LionhearTV was honored to be part of this special gathering, where Ivana expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the press.
