Dimples Romana and Joem Bascon star in the episode as Lovella and Cruz Maguad, a devoted couple who worked tirelessly to provide a better future for their children—she as a school principal, he as a teacher.
Criza Taa and Miguel Vergara portray siblings Gwynn and Boyboy Maguad, who were raised with strong values, deep respect, and high hopes for the future. Their lives take a tragic turn after they persuade their parents to adopt Jasmine, played by Karina Bautista—a girl whose angelic façade hides deep jealousy and resentment.
What began as an act of compassion ends in horror, as Jasmine ultimately murders the very siblings who welcomed her into their home.
Directed by Onat Diaz and written by Benson Logronio, the episode draws from the authentic narrative of Lovella and official records from the Department of Justice and the Philippine National Police.
