The JCI Senate Philippines, in proud partnership with the Ropali Group of Companies, has officially launched the 2025 Search for The Outstanding Filipino (TOFIL) Awards — a prestigious nationwide recognition program that honors Filipinos aged 41 and above who have demonstrated exemplary integrity, excellence, and service to the nation.
Established in 1988, the TOFIL Awards stand as one of the most esteemed accolades in the country, celebrating individuals whose life work has significantly contributed to the upliftment of their profession, community, and the broader Filipino society. Honorees from past years include trailblazers in government, education, business, arts, medicine, and social development.
To be eligible, nominees must:
- Be Filipino citizens (natural-born, naturalized, or dual).
- Be at least 41 years old at the time of nomination.
- Exhibit strong moral character, proven leadership, and impactful contributions to their field or community.
Qualified nominees may fall under the following categories:
- Government
- Private Sector
- Academic Community
- Non-Government/Civil Society Organizations
- Past The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Honorees
- JCI Senators
Nomination requirements include:
- A completed nomination form
- PSA-issued birth certificate
- Police and NBI clearances
- Formal portrait photo
- Two-page executive summary
- Detailed portfolio of accomplishments
Submissions must be received in both hardcopy and softcopy formats no later than August 23, 2025. Complete entries will be acknowledged by August 31, 2025. Incomplete nominations will not be considered.
